Internet access

 panOULU (public access network OULU) network provides wireless broadband Internet access to everybody for free. It covers the whole Oulu city centre, and works for example in Finnkino Plaza, Scandic, Nuku, City Theatre and most of the cafés in Oulu.

There are public computers with Internet access in Nuku centre, Scandic and for example city library.
