This year a whopping amount of 565 films were registered for the Nordisk Panorama’s competition programme. This is an all time record, the previous record being 480 registered films last year. From all the registered films the selection committee will choose in the becoming week about 60-70 films for the competition for best documentary and short film.

We aspire to inform the selections as soon as possible. Applicants selected for the competition programme must send one competition copy in a 35 mm, Digibeta or Betacam format. Competition copies are returned to the applicant within two weeks of the closing date of the festival. The organizer insures these copies among other things against damage and theft for the period they are in the festival’s possession. More information about the competition will be send to the chosen applicants by mail.
