Registration

As a visitor to the Nordisk Panorama - 5 Cities Film Festival, you can either register as an accredited guest, or buy single tickets or day cards to the screenings during the festival.

The registration fee is 80 € / 40 € for students (97,60€ or 48,80€ incl.VAT 22%), and gives you free access to all screenings and seminars, the opening ceremony and discounts at the festival clubs .

If you register as a student, you will be requested to show your student ID upon check-in.

As soon as we have received your registration form and payment, we will send you a confirmation with an SAS discount code and other information. Directors with films in competition are invited to the  festival. If you have registered your film for the competition, you  will be informed as soon as the selection committee has finished the selection process.

Please read this carefully before registering:

Forum participant: your registration fee is paid. Just fill in the INVITED GUESTS AND DELEGATES form and send it to us. Please specify your activity (Forum observer, financier etc.). IF YOU WANT TO STAY for the Awards Gala (on Wed 25 September), you need to buy a ticket. You can buy the ticket either by filling the other registration form  (GUEST REGISTRATION. In that case don't pay the registration fee, just the ticket) and paying it there by credit card or bank transaction, or you can buy it at the Info desk in Oulu. NB! There is only limited amount of tickets for purchase at the Info desk.

Directors whose film is in competition: your registration fee and Gala ticket is paid. Just fill in the INVITED GUESTS AND DELEGATES form and send it to us. Please specify your film.
Other film crew members (2) are allowed for free registration, but not for Gala ticket. You can buy it either on-line or on the spot.
